Shipping & Returns

We know the cost of shipping can have a major impact to your online shopping experience. As such, we’ve taken the liberty of covering a portion of the shipping cost on all our items. In doing this, we are able to provide you with a discounted shipping flat rate* of US$10 worldwide. Free Shipping for all orders over US$200 worldwide.

We use EMS, FedEx and TNT as reputable international shipping agencies and all items are fully traceable once shipped. Orders are typically dispatched within 48 hours from our warehouse excluding weekends and holidays. Shipping takes approximately 3 to 10 working days.

Please ensure that the shipping address, email and phone number details provided for your order are correct. For some countries we may not be able to ship to PO Box’s. We can confirm that UK and Australia are locations we are unable to ship to PO box’s. If you have queries on this please email us info@missmilne.co.uk.

Currency, taxes and duty.

For deliveries within the UK we offer a shipped on a DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) basis, which means you will not have to pay these separately on the arrival of your order in the UK.

For all other Regions, Customs and duty fees are not included and it is the customer’s responsibility to pay. We cannot determine the duty fees for country to country, please contact your local customs office if you have any questions. We do not refund shipping costs for customers that reject their packages upon arrival for failure to pay duty fees.

Returns Policy.

Unless there has been a manufacturer error and we have sent you a faulty item, we CANNOT accept any return requests for exchanges or refunds on any sale goods OR full price stock regarding sizes, colours or styles due to any order error or change of mind.

Due to the strict import/export shipping laws of Indonesia we are not able to accept any return parcels. Please note that we will not accept responsibility for any items shipped back without approved information.
